CCDAA’s purpose is to promote quality early childhood programs in California through the provision of education, technical assistance, and networking for administrators of publicly funded programs. The Association provides a forum for administrators to work together to improve the quality, availability and efficiency of child development programs. CCDAA is the only statewide association representing ALL publicly funded program types representing the unique community in which we all take part.
