Course Description:

California employers with 50 or more employees must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors in California. Training must take place within six months of hire or promotion and every two years thereafter. The minimum employee count of 50 includes temporary employees, including those who are hired through temporary staffing agencies, and independent contractors.

Our compliance training for managers is convenient, practical and delivered by an HR expert who has been delivering this training since the inception of California's mandate. Following the training, we will send your HR representative a certificate for the company’s employment records to verify employee’s attendance.
