For companies that are emerging and are faced with the task of setting up an employee benefit plan for the first time, Filice offers advice and solutions on local best practices.  Filice will design a plan that is competitive and meets our client’s objectives. With our local partners and/or insurance carries, we will mange the entire process from plan design, to obtaining local quotes to managing the implementation process and on going administration.

Companies with one employee or more are eligible for this service. For smaller companies the process often involves individual policies and Filice offers guidance and assistance in monitoring the underwriting process through the implementation phase.
