There are a number of options available for Online Benefits Automation and Employee Self Service.   Each system has its own strengths and weaknesses, depending on what your priorities are.  Some automated systems will interact with payroll seamlessly and other will not.  Some will also work with your Flexible Spending and COBRA Administrators.
