The Filice Story

Filice Insurance Agency was founded in 1989 by a very young Ron Filice and three of his life-long friends.  The Agency began in a small office in downtown San Jose and maintained a moderate level of growth until about 1999, when the firm practically exploded along with the number of technology firms in the Bay Area.

Around that same time, Filice Insurance acquired Hamilton Meridian Insurance Associates to form Filice Property | Casualty, and added a Human Resource Consulting and Compliance practice to its service offering.  Since that time Filice has recruited experts in International Employee Benefits, HRIS & On-line Administration, Individual & Personal Insurance, and Retirement & Financial Planning...making Filice a one-stop, end-to-end insurance and employee benefits solution.

Ron Filice created Filice Insurance on the premise that every client - regardless of size - deserved value and service unsurpassed by any other broker they could do business with.  Filice Insurance has stayed true to this vision and it has served us well.   We now have over 90 licensed insurance agents in the original building in San Jose, along with offices in Lafayette, Folsom and Irvine, CA.
